Where we ship from
We arrange shipments from the European Union, and our organisation's name is never indicated on any package. To ensure maximum discretion and the highest likelihood of successful delivery, shipments are dispatched from various locations across the EU.

We ship across the EU and the Baltic countries. For other destinations, please contact our support team before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Processing & delivery times
Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email listing your items. After payment is received we process and ship within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery once shipped:
- Within Europe: approximately 7–10 business days (no additional taxes within the EU).
- Express shipments where available: 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary based on the postal service, customs and other factors, so these are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping rate
We offer a flat shipping rate of €20 for all orders, regardless of size.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also find it under My Account → Order History. Use the number on the relevant postal service website — note it may take a few days for tracking information to update.
Payment methods
We accept secure card payments — Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay with cryptocurrency, just contact us and we'll arrange it. No card details are stored on this website.
Discreet packaging
Every order arrives in plain, generic packaging with no company markings or labels related to the contents — complete discretion, every time.
Refunds & the reship guarantee
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. missing or incorrect items), contact support within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will work to resolve it.
For orders shipped within the EU we maintain a 99.9% delivery success rate. In the unlikely event of a customs seizure we offer a free replacement: we will reship your order at no extra cost or credit your account. Simply email us the official seizure notification and we'll arrange a replacement within 3 business days.
