How to find your tracking code
Once payment is confirmed and your order is dispatched from our warehouse, your tracking code is available within 2–5 business days. You can find it via:
- Email — your tracking code is sent automatically to the email address associated with your account.
- Website — log in and go to My Account → Order History for your tracking details.
Track your order online
For deliveries that have cleared customs, track your order on the relevant national postal service website using the tracking number provided.
