Where do you ship from?

How long will it take to get my package?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email listing your purchased items. After payment is received, we process and ship orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on shipping method, postal service efficiency, customs, and other factors, so we can only provide estimates:
- Shipping to the USA: approximately 7-15 business days once tracking is provided.
- Shipping within Europe: approximately 7-10 business days.

It’s very rare! For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Europe, and South Africa, we maintain a 99.9% success rate in delivering products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a seizure, we offer a free replacement policy. We will either reship your order at no additional cost or credit your account for a future purchase on our site. Simply email us the official seizure notification from the post office or customs, and we will arrange for a replacement within 3 business days.
